Cloud Server Center Engineer
Clearance Required: Active United Stated Department of Defense Secret Clearance
Location: Aurora, Colorado (Travel Required)
Rate: $50 to $57 an hour with partial benefits (W2 opportunity only)
Certifications Required: Security+ Certification
Have you worked in Cloud Modernization or System Upgrade Deployments? Our team has an Cloud Server Center Administration Engineer role to upgrade operating systems, server hardware, and configuration of private cloud environment using tools such as VMware or Amazon Web Services.

Basic Qualifications :
• A U.S. government DOD - Secret issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Bachelor Degree in Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Physics
• Over 2+ years of related work experience.
• Windows and Linux System Administration.
• COTS product installation for Hardware and Software products.
• Software installation and configuration and O/S builds.
• Scripting skills (i.e. PowerShell, Python, Ruby, bash, etc.).
• Experience with code repository systems (E.g. ClearCase, Bit Bucket).
• Experience with the architecture and design of on premises COTS Infrastructure (IT).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Version Control
• VMware
• MS Visio for documentation
• Security Plus Certification.
• Scrum or SAFe
• DevOps/DevSecOps system development
• Designing private cloud environments
• Automation tools such as Chef (preferred), Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack
• Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher).
• DISA STIGs
• Proficiency in matching system requirements (specific user or VM requirements) to compute capabilities (RAM, single-threaded speed, total throughput)
