NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a full-time experienced HVAC Scheduler / Dispatcher to keep our service department running smoothly while exceeding customer expectations. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with some occasional Saturday hours as needed. We pay our HVAC Schedulers / Dispatchers a competitive wage of $13-$16/hour based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SCHEDULER / DISPATCHER

Your primary goal as an HVAC Scheduler / Dispatcher is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency while always keeping superior customer service in mind. You work hard to ensure that our field technicians are kept busy while maximizing time and mileage. In our fast-paced office environment, most of your time is spent answering incoming client phone calls, dispatching field technicians, responding to emails, and entering work orders into our system.

After services are complete, you make follow up phone calls to our field technicians and customers to make sure that everything went well and customers are satisfied. You also order parts and equipment, file and fill out paperwork, prepare bills and invoices, and organize office supplies. You feel good about ensuring that our customers are happy, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS
