People - Interviewing - Hiring- Training
Sales - Hospitality, Speed, Quality Execution to build sales
Profit - Labor, Waste and controls on utility, supplies
Operations - Day to Day execution of Systems & Standards
Culture - Be a Good Finder - Positivity & teamwork.
We are a locally owned and operated company, currently operating thirty Little Caesars, a Mobile Pizza Kitchen, and a Dog Haus Biergarten Restaurant. We are located in WV, KY, and Ohio.
