Management Recruiters of Davidson has been signed by a confidential client to perform a search for a Construction Estimator in Columbia, South Carolina .   The ideal candidate will have experience with Industrial construction projects as a General Contractor.  As the premier commercial construction search and recruiting firm, MR Davidson provides staffing to key positions nationwide.  Demand for qualified General Contractors is high and opportunities in desirable locations with competitive pay and chances in career advancement are readily available.

The ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years’ experience on Industrial/ Commercial projects as an Estimator
• Be able to prepare and coordinate the preparation of full cost estimates as well as the pre-construction phase on conceptual, design-build or hard-bid work .
• Timberline software experience
