Job Details:

Position : Licensed Practical Nurse

Location : Barre, VT 05641.

Shift : 8 Hrs. (All shifts available)

Contract : 8 Weeks

Start : ASAP

REQUIREMENTS:

• State LPN license
• BLS/CPR certified
• Covid Vaccinated
• Min. 1-2 years of LPN experience in LTC/Acute Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.
