Job description

Kids Smiles on Lincoln is searching for a full-time or part time pediatric dental assistant who works well independently but also as a team member. The position entails dental assisting, polishing, fluoride application, sealant application, charting, sterilization and general front desk responsibilities. Attention to detail and a desire to work with others is a must. A dental assisting license is REQUIRED for this position. It is also REQUIRED to be CDA or formally trained in the state of MA. COMPENSATION COMMESURATE WITH EXPERIENCE!!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow Osha and Infection control standards
• Assist patients with questions or concerns
• Maintain confidential patient information
• Take and enter patient insurance information
• Provide 4 handed chair side dental assisting
• Sterilization and Disinfection of operatories and instruments

Requirements

• Multi-tasking ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including an ability to learn new technology
• Radiology Certificate
• MA Dental Assisting License (CDA, FORMALLY TRAINED REQUIRED)
