Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc (DVCH) is looking to hire a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Pediatric Medicine or Internal Med Physician to join our clinical team at the Fairmount Primary Care Center.

Our patient population is predominantly low-income persons with the desire to lead healthier lives. So, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference into their lives. You will be responsible for rendering professional primary care services to the patient (adult and pediatric) population and accountable for the complete documentation of patient visits in the patient chart and administrative reporting activities assigned by management.
The Family Medicine team provides full spectrum family medicine except for obstetrics. Our team provides pediatric, adult, and geriatric care as well as routine women's health care. DVCH believes in the importance of team-based integrated care to support both our patients and our staff.
It is a completely office-based position. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania. Call is required in rotation with all eligible providers. The goal of our CMO is to support the clinical and professional growth of our providers by combatting burnout, fostering teamwork, and identifying innovative ways to support a long career in primary care while simultaneously striving towards consistently high-quality patient focused care.
