Position: Enrollment Coordinator Extraordinaire

About the Role:

As our Enrollment Coordinator, you'll be the coolest cat around, guiding families into our awesome preschool! From phone chats to paperwork, you'll be the hero of the evening.

Responsibilities:

• Master of the Phone: Chat with families, spill the beans about our fantastic programs, and answer all their burning questions.
• Guide the Way: Help families with forms, gather docs, and ensure they can school crew.
• Stay Connected: Keep in touch with families, ensuring they feel the love every step of the way.

Requirements:

• High School Whiz: Got that diploma? Awesome! Bonus points if you've got a soft spot for early childhood education.
• Customer Service Wizard: Charm anyone and everyone with your awesome people skills - whether on the phone or in person.
• Organization Master: Keep everything shipshape with your super-organizational powers.
• Tech-Savvy: Dive into computers fearlessly - and even better if you know your way around enrollment software!
• Friendly & Approachable: Welcome every family with open arms and a big smile!

Evening Hours: Perfect for after school Monday to Friday - from 4:30 to 8:30 PM, with a few Saturdays thrown in.

Alternate Schedule:

4-hour shift
8-hour shift
10-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends

Competitive Salary: Starting at $12.00 - $14.00 per hour - time to rake in some serious dough while having a blast!
