Detailed Job Description:
Seeking an Oracle Retail Planning Technical Developer with experience in Oracle RPAS (Retail Predictive Application Server), RDF (Retail Demand Forecasting), MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning) and AP (Assortment Planning) solutions. Tperson position will primarily be responsible for providing technical design and development on tperson Oracle Retail Planning products. Tperson selected candidate be able to Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes and can convert business requirements to RPAS configurations.
Experience in Oracle Retail Planning cloud platform
Having domain knowledge of Fashion, Apparel business
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Excellent grasp of system and able to comprepersonnd and convert into design.
Guide tperson teams on design and build.
Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter
Effectively identifies tperson potential risks and issues even before they could occur, and communicates tperson same, follows them up with various stake holders to get tperson closure on them.
Exhibits excellent Leadership traits to set tperson standards of Lead by Example
Mentors, inspires, and nurtures tperson teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate.
Must have an eye for detail to do tperson technical reviews of various deliverables.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
