CHI Mercy Health is seeking an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider to join our team! Centennial Orthopedics is growing the practice to a team of 7 Orthopedic Surgeons and 2 to 3 APP's who work to serve over 100k population throughout Douglas County. Be a part of a mission-driven and leading-edge medical organization providing comprehensive care to patients throughout Southern Oregon!

Offering $137,000 base salary + Productivity Incentive Bonus

Work at a Top 20 Rural Healthcare Facility! 

• 5 days a week, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
• 100% Outpatient
• Developing plans for Orthopedic Urgent Care 
• Service area of 110,000 
• Robust referral network of 130+ Primary Care Physicians
