You support our team as

Production Manager

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and train the production team.

Responsible for production scheduling – support and execute monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules.

Establish and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.

Set & monitor quality standards of products and processes.

Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.

Foster and model a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor‘s Degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent experience.

At least three years of Manager or Supervisor experience; team lead, group leaders, lead experience not applicable.

At least five years of experience in production with manufacturing equipment and procedures.

Industrial industry experience, chemical knowledge, and/or technical understanding.

Strong Lean Manufacturing & Lean Production Systems experience.

Have excellent computer skills and familiar with ERP system, preferably SAP.

Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and other workplace safety regulations.
