BILINGUAL: ENGLISH/PORTUGUESE
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50/hour
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
· Contact Center is open 7am - 7pm CST (12 hour operation), Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays may be required.
· US - 7am - 7pm (8:00am - 4:30pm / 10:30am-7:00pm)
· Australia / New Zealand (4:00pm - 12:00am midnight)
· Schedule includes 4 days onsite / 1 day offsite

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative II ? You’ll be:
• Providing front-line technical support, information, and solutions to John Deere dealers and customers
• Handling inquiries, issues, and concerns related to Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) products
• Documenting each interaction within our case management system
• Creating and maintaining support tools/solutions available online
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have call center/customer support experience
• Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Have a technical support background
• Are comfortable and experienced with consumer software applications
• Are proficient with MS Office products
• Are willing to work overtime, off-shift hours, and occasional holidays to support the business
• Have a solid work history and proven dependability
• Hold a college degree (Bachelor's preferred, Associates acceptable)
Candidates with the following skills and experience will stand out:
• Knowledge of agriculture customers
• Agriculture operations experience, including Precision Farming experience
• Prior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field, IT, or a similar discipline
