Our company specializes in manufacturing defibrillator pads for various prominent medical manufacturing companies. In this role, you will be responsible for functional testing and inspecting products in a cleanroom facility. This involves a high level of attention to detail as you will evaluate defects based on specific inspection criteria. Proficiency in computer use is essential as you will be tasked with printing labels and documents following product inspection. Strong record-keeping skills are a must. This role may involve other duties as required and is highly repetitive, involving detailed inspection of defibrillator pads. This role is initially for 3 months, but high-performing individuals may have an opportunity to transition into a role involving similar work and documentation.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Des Moines, Iowa.

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean, temperature-controlled facility, dedicated to assembling medical devices. We maintain a large break room for daily lunch breaks. The work schedule is either Monday-Wednesday, 7am-7pm or Thursday-Saturday, 7am-7pm. Our dress code requires closed-toed shoes, shorts or jeans, and a long-sleeve or t-shirt, over which you will wear a lab jacket/smock. Hair and beard nets are mandatory at work stations and long fake nails are not permitted. Fluency in English is required.
