Position Overview: The Data Systems Engineer role is responsible for developing data management solutions and maintaining current data systems. The Engineer will collaborate with project managers, developers, and other IT personnel to create, modify, and implement databases, software, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data systems by utilizing Ssrs, Microsoft T-SQL, Microsoft .Net, Ssis, Excel, SQL Management Studio, Oracle PL\SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio, and other software applications.
- Develop, test, and implement software solutions that solve unique data-related problems.
- Develop and modify databases to store, process, and analyze data.
- Assist in software troubleshooting, testing, and debugging.
- Analyze and optimize data by utilizing SQL and other data analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with other IT personnel to design and implement data systems.
- Maintain data systems by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Create documentation for data systems and processes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and activities with exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development and data systems engineering.
- Extensive experience with SQL, Ssis, and other related technologies.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Clear driving record.
- Clear background check.
