Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI and Machine Learning Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our AI-powered products. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining the product strategy, managing the product life cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional AI and machine learning solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for AI and machine learning products.
- Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and the business team, to ensure successful product development.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to make informed product decisions.
Product Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology in machine learning and apply this knowledge to tackle complex problems innovatively.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition of AI and machine learning products to diverse audiences.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with product development.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Math, Engineering, etc.); advanced degree preferred.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in product management, specifically in AI and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
