Job Description

Cint is seeking an Account Manager to join the Customer Experience team in the US, reporting to the VP of Insights & Consulting.

The Account Manager is a client-facing sales role that will work closely with Operations & Customer Success teams to expand share of wallet with existing customers. The primary objectives of the Account Manager are to cross sell and upsell market research projects to existing customers via our DIY (SaaS) or managed services revenue channels. It also includes maintaining the data of potential proposals and potentially identifying new solutions to create efficiencies to drive sales and revenue through excellent customer service and support. As the main point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building relationships and representing Cint in an effective manner. Most client communication will be via email, phone and Zoom, however, travel is encouraged in engaging clients face to face and is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate+ with interest in sales in a fast-growing organization
• Two- four years+ working experience in sales/account development
• Thrives in a client-facing role and a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, numerical and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods
• Independent worker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Flexible with any work hours as per requirement

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $25,000 - $35,000. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
