Competitive Wages-Starting leadership rate is starting between $18-20 /hour, varies based on experience, Training reviews and performance reviews begin after 60 Days of employment
Attendance Bonus Program- Monthly based upon hours worked and having perfect attendance
Quarterly Bonuses- up to $4000- a year
