Role Overview:
As the Product Manager at a Data and Analytics Consulting Firm, you'll be a key player in driving innovative products to market and enhancing the value delivered to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy: Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the company's product suite, ensuring alignment with the companys goals and market needs.
- Manage Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, specification, development, testing, and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to develop and implement product strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and analyze key performance metrics to drive product success and continuous improvement.
- Manage Product Feedback: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Lead Product Team: Mentor and develop a team of product managers and associates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
