Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC is looking for one bike shop mechanic to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Bike Mechanic 

Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a personable and reliable employee to fulfill the position of Bike Mechanic

Main Responsibilities:

• Repair, check, and fix bikes following industry standards.
• Prepare bikes on time for tours and other deadlines
• Take notes of all the works done on bikes + update the database.
• Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.
• Keep the bench and the workshop clean.
• Provide feedback about bicycles and be a part of the mechanic and office team
• Delivery bicycles to rental customers 
• Be customer service oriented and personable as you are the face of our company 
• Assist with related material (such as bicycle accessories, tools, tour preparation materials) and
• Inventory management as needed.

• Ability to prioritize
• Good team player
• Able to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Coordinate daily lessons with certified instructors and bike rental packages

· Aid in the development of guided rides and other programming to further enhance the bike park culture

· Teach lessons and guided rides
