Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages.

We are seeking a Sr Product Communications Manager for Amazon Flex. In this role, you will drive Delivery Partner (DP) engagement and adoption of products and programs. You will work closely with the communications lead and product teams. You will plan and execute DP facing communications on product and program changes, developments, tests, and updates with Technology Program Managers (TPMs).

This role is responsible for developing the communications strategy and WW toolkits for new Flex offerings and will advise local Flex marketing teams on execution with DPs in each country. They track and report on communications metrics to monitor, analyze, and tune messaging for maximize impact. The ideal candidate has communications program and product management experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability easily adapt communications for different audiences.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the strategy and execution of communications toolkits for Flex products and programs
• Create high-quality, engaging communications and copy for delivery partners across a variety of channels, including emails, FAQs, talking points, newsletters, videos, websites, announcements, and others.
• Build the GTM communications strategy for product launches, including channels, launch timelines, key messages, business success metrics impacted by product marketing, driver impact, and product adoption and product brand assets and positioning.
• Partner with product and tech teams to ensure an existing and accurate roadmap of upcoming product changes.
• Create and maintain communications toolkits, processes, templates, and messaging for worldwide and communications teams.
• Propose, execute, and new ways of creating and distributing communications, including identify and driving process improvements.
• Develop, track and report metrics on the effectiveness of communications, as well as continually monitor, analyze, and tune messaging to maximize impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
