We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual as a Project Manager to join our team in Wichita Falls, Texas.

A Project Manager directly responsible for managing multiple large-scale projects from inception through to completion, delivering each project on time and within budget. Assignments generally include preparing reports, maintaining records, securing vendor pricing, and issuing formal purchase orders and subcontractors. The project manager is responsible for approving invoices, processing change orders, maintaining logs, and maintaining correspondence with owner representatives and James Lane Mechanical field professionals. The position requires personal initiative and judgment in arranging job details to achieve predetermined objectives.

Primary Duties

• Maintains, and reviews all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for multiple large-scale projects.
• Responsible for project analysis to determine scope, cost, and scheduling requirements.
• Responsible for the Cost of Goods and material purchasing.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, etc. to determine specifications of projects.
• Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables.
• Predict the resources needed to complete the project.
• Draft and submit a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

Skills/Qualifications

• A background in mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
