Job description

East Bay-based client is seeking a direct-hire Commercial Property Manager to provide assistance with the firm's commercial real estate portfolio and the management of those properties. This is a fully on-site position with a yearly pay rate of up to $110,000/year, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening, please attach your resume. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial properties within the portfolio 
• Manage vendor relations and purchasing processes for the properties 
• Drive and manage the full sales cycle for event spaces and other commercial units within the assigned portfolio 
• Manage event planning for spaces as needed 
• Oversee the monthly and weekly financial close processes for the properties 
• Manage leasing activities for current and future properties 
• Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management or related field 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Prior management experience required 
• Ability to use Excel (entry to mid-level)
