Salary: $26.14 – $38.47 per hour depending on license level

Operate boiler and refrigeration equipment in an industrial setting. Responsible for starting and tending portable or stationary, high-pressure boilers that supply heat and steam powered equipment in an industrial process. Required to hold a valid State of Maine Boiler Operator’s License.

Starts and tends portable or stationary, high-pressure boilers that supply heat and steam powered equipment in an industrial process.

Checks fluid levels of and lubricates equipment.

Monitors system operation manually and via computer.
5.
Operates forklift in accordance with company policy.
6.
Visually inspects all freezer tunnels and checks condition of coils.
7.
Cleans and repairs boiler as needed.
Qualifications:
Constant: Stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently: . Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally: Sit, climb or balance, taste and smell.
