Job description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Mechanical Assemblers in Randolph, MA , for an HVAC engineering firm located in the greater Randolph, MA area.. 1st and 2nd shifts are available. If you have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and have a strong mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply today.

Responsibilities:

• Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to prepare work
• Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Position parts and subassemblies accurately using templates or measurements
• Assemble components, ensuring correct fit and securely fastening parts

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, large non-temperature controlled manufacturing environment
• Lift 10-30 lbs. with assistance or using a cart
• Stand a minimum of 8 hours a day
• Walk a minimum of 8 hours a day
• Pull/push a minimum of 4 hours a day
• Must pass physical exam, criminal background, and drug screening

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Punctuality and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Sense of urgency and positive attitude
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
