Are you seeking a rewarding career in behavioral health? We want to hear from you! Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is now seeking to fill Performance Improvement Registered Nurse (PI - RN) position.

Position Summary

The PI Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of the facility's performance improvement plans by assisting the Director of Risk Management/PI with things such as medical record audits, data entry and analysis, and compliance audits.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field. Graduation from an accredited nursing education program. Licensed by the State (within the state in which service is being performed) to practice as a Registered Nurse.

Skills/Experience: Must have strong organizational and time management skills and strong computer skills. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with data collection, analysis, interpretation, application, and evaluation. Strategic planning skills. Hospital and Risk Management experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification: CPI/CPR Certification required.

HIPAA: Has access to Medical Records of cases to which they are assigned work, for quality compliance and risk related issues. Use of PHI is for purposes of Healthcare Operations.
