Job Description

Doka USA is seeking a skilled Welder to join our Girder Facility team. As a Welder, a successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components for girder production. The ideal candidate should have experience with various welding techniques, possess a keen eye for detail, and be committed to delivering top-notch workmanship. This role will be based out of our Girder Facility located in Tomball, TX and will report to our Girder Facility Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal components for girders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate welding processes.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Certification in welding techniques (AWS certification is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Familiarity with different welding materials, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
