🩺 Oncology RN - Dallas, TX

• $30/hour - $46/hour

🌞 Shifts Available:

• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

🚀 Position Summary: As an Oncology RN at our Hospital , you will play a vital role in the comprehensive care of oncology patients. Responsibilities include organizing, modifying, evaluating, documenting, and maintaining personalized care plans. Key duties encompass:

• Planning, implementing, revising, and delegating nursing care.
• Utilizing technical skills as per education, expertise, and unit requirements.
• Integrating teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.

Our RNs deliver holistic care, from initial diagnosis to treatment, symptom management, pain control, long-term survivorship, and end-of-life care. Our nurses set the standard for patient-centered healthcare.

📋 Requirements:

• Education: BSN required (Strong ADN candidates considered, but must be enrolled in a BSN program awaiting graduation).
• Chemo Certified preferred (Not required).

📜 Experience:

• Strong ACUTE Med-Surg experience (2 years of Med-Surg) - Recent acute care experience required.
• Oncology experience preferred.

💲 Salary and Compensation:

• Minimum: $30/hour (1 year of experience).
• Mid: $38.87/hour (10 years of experience).
• Max: $46/hour (20 years of experience).
• Shift Differentials: $4.30 for weekends and $3.75 for nights.
