YOUR ROLE

As the Full-time HVAC Customer Service Rep/Office Assistant, you'll be the master multitasker and customer service champion. You'll tackle those ringing phones with finesse, skillfully directing each call to the right department or team member. Appointment scheduling? Check! You'll rock it like a pro, making sure our clients' service calls are as smooth as a perfectly tuned AC unit.
But wait, there's more! You'll be our superhero when it comes to following up on estimates sent to clients. With your charm and stellar communication skills, you'll address any concerns and ensure our clients feel heard and appreciated. And hey, we know money talks, so you'll also make those necessary calls for overdue invoices. Don't worry, you'll still maintain your friendly demeanor while keeping things on track. And of course, you'll be the champion of all things organization, handling general office tasks like a boss. Data entry? No problem! Tidying up the reception area? Easy-peasy!
