Key Responsibilities:
Craft user manuals, technical specifications, process documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to the highest standards of quality.
Maintain a centralized repository of documentation, making sure it's easily accessible and well-versioned for all team members.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to review and validate documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
Keep all documentation current with the latest information, integrating changes, updates, and new procedures as needed.
Ensure documents are consistently formatted and styled for maximum readability and usability.
Perform regular audits on documentation to maintain high-quality standards and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Provide support and guidance to users on accessing, utilizing, and understanding documentation effectively.
Assist in creating training materials and resources based on documented procedures and processes.
