Based in Irvine, CA, we are an exciting, growing startup in the medical device respiratory space. We have a headcount of about 25 and looking to expand and accomplish big goals in 2024. Due to growth, we are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join us in a hands-on technician/technical role to support the production teams to manufacture and assemble our flagship products.

What You Will Be Doing

The Manufacturing Engineer will support the production team(s) to manufacture and assemble existing and future products. The Manufacture Engineer plays a key role in the review and establishment of methodizing and creation of production processes and procedures to gain maximum assembly efficiencies.

- Contribute and participate in continuous improvement programs including LPMS, 5S, KATA, and Kaizen events.
- Perform and oversee the standard work according to department SOPs.
- Follow and ensure adherence to cGMP's.
- Consult and actively participate together with the Automation, Process Engineering (Process and Products) and / or Quality Department personnel in the analysis of the manufacturing process to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.

2+ years of experience in the following:

- Medical Devices
- Pharma or Biotech
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Startup experience (or wants to work for a startup)

- Manufacturing Operations
- AutoCAD - SolidWorks - Pro E
- Automated Production Assembly
- Caliper - Micrometer - Optical Comparator

- Mechanics - Electronics - Electricity
- Existing and Future Products
- AA Degree or BS

- Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE
