Requirements

• Deliver onsite and remote support, crafting compelling demo experiences for a diverse audience, including executive leadership.
• Efficiently resolve technical challenges, ensuring minimal impact on project continuity.
• Enhance and sustain prototyping frameworks to scale up efforts, including developing demos that highlight comprehensive end-to-end experiences.
• Lead the resolution process for complex issues, collaborating with support leads, operational teams, engineering personnel, and domain experts.
• Conduct feedback collection, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for technological products and innovations.
• Efficiently manage time to complete tasks effectively, aligning with project priorities and quality standards.
• Facilitate the flow of feedback from demo sessions back to product and design teams, influencing future development.
• Engage with technical teams to improve prototyping platforms and tools.
• Set up, maintain, and present prototypes to varied audiences, championing product design and innovation.
• Be prepared for immediate travel as required by project demands.
• Navigate high-pressure situations with ease, adapting swiftly to project scope changes.
• Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting, including familiarity with terminal commands and adb.
• Proactively address technical issues in real-time, ensuring smooth operation of prototypes.
