With locations in 11 states, we operate over 180 smartstyle salons. We help over 2 million customers look and feel more attractive every single year! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKET LEADER

Overseeing a dynamic portfolio of 15-25 salons, you play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across all locations. Your leadership extends to regular virtual office meetings. Building strong business relationships and a developmental environment, you are dedicated to creating a high-performing team that collaborates seamlessly. Recruitment and training of salon leaders and stylists fall under your purview, ensuring swift onboarding and continuous improvement of skills and service levels. Your commitment to employee satisfaction and effective performance management contributes to talent retention and consistent team excellence.

With a keen eye for leadership development, you coach salon leaders to groom stylists for promotions, fostering a culture of growth and progression. Your hands-on approach to performance management involves recognition, coaching, and, when necessary, the termination of non-performing staff. Technical training is a priority to enhance performance and guest satisfaction. Beyond operations, your focus on team development and overall performance is synonymous with leading as a business owner, exemplifying excellent customer service in every decision. In this role, you are not just a leader but a driving force behind the success and cohesion of your salon portfolio!

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Can you demonstrate a positive attitude and always exercise good judgment? Are you adaptable and flexible? Do you understand customer needs and trends? If so, you may be perfect for this position!

 

WORK SCHEDULE

This position typically works from home 1-2 days a week and travels 3-4 days a week (sometimes overnight) to visit our locations. We've set aside a generous weekly travel budget of $500 to help make your trips seamless and enjoyable.
