Here’s what to expect on the job - Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of special events, including ongoing documentation of progress and results.
- Assist with building productive relationships within the community.
- Make contact with community agencies regarding the Agrability Project.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns utilizing a range of channels with a strong focus on digital strategy.
- Devise digital strategies to drive online traffic to the various Agrability websites.
- Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure its effectiveness.
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Manage Agrability Project presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and other similar community sites.
- Manage all new and redesigns of the various websites from start to completion.
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing data; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; and planning and organizing promotional presentations.
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department staff members, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Track and report on the status of each special event, including number of new potential referrals, resources, or outreach locations for the Agrability Project.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all files.
Minimum requirements - Valid Driver’s License and 6 months previous driving experience.
- Associate’s Degree or technical certification within a related area is expected.
- Bachelor’s degree within a related field is preferred.
- Related areas of study - Digital Media Communications, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations.
- 6 months to 2 years of previous job-related experience expected.
- 2 to 5 years of previous job-related experience preferred.
Preferred, but not required - Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism.
- Understanding of Assistive Technology.
