Job description

McBride Homes, Missouri's largest homebuilder seeks an Assistant Construction Superintendent who will oversee homes being constructed by Union Trades from stake to close. This includes inspecting work to ensure quality, scheduling inspections with local municipalities, and maintaining a good working relationship with subcontractors and vendors.

Working with a team of experienced professionals, our Construction Team members use McBride's proprietary, customized, ERP system, MiTek SAPPHIRE to manage the building process. This cutting- edge technology is the gold standard for the home building industry.

Requirements include:

• Leadership experience for field customer service, including the warranty phase
• Current knowledge/understanding of building practices, codes, and requirements
• A history of always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a quality product with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Working computer knowledge
