• Worksite Location: New York, NY - Hybrid
• Annual Salary: $85,000-$105,000 per year, depending on experience

Scrum Master Job Description:
The Scrum Master will help to empower both Product Owner and Developer greatness. What you will do as the Scrum Master:

• Build a high-performing development team by driving results and guiding the team to achieve goals
• Empower the Product Owner for success by facilitating collaborative discussions and guiding the team toward achieving focused sprint goals, along with promoting teamwork during planning sessions and roadmap discussions
• Implement coaching that cultivates company values across all levels
• Foster a collaborative and safe environment through open communication, respect, and shared ownership
• Guide the team towards collaborative problem-solving, where everyone feels valued and heard

What you will bring to the Scrum Master role:

• 4-year college degree or relevant professional experience
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate
• 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proven understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies
• Skilled at facilitating discussions and meetings
• Skilled at using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
