The Quality Improvement Facilitator drives dynamic initiatives, collaborating with the quality team to implement improvements efficiently. With expertise in quality improvement concepts and project management, they contribute to reports, educate teams, and identifying improvement opportunities. Utilizing NCQA guidelines, they bridge gaps, contribute to organizational infrastructure, and maintain effective communication for a successful Quality Improvement Program.

Education & Requirements  

• Minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience, at a professional level, in process/project management including participation in quality improvement projects or operations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.

Key Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of project management techniques, basic tools of continuous improvement, and work process redesign.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Vision.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
