Role: Technical Lead - Dynamics CRM
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience: 10+ years
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Dynamics CRM.
- Design and architect Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, configurations, integrations, and extensions, to address complex business needs.
- Lead the implementation of Dynamics CRM projects, overseeing development activities, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of Dynamics CRM applications.
- Stay current with Dynamics CRM platform updates, features, and technologies, and assess their impact on existing solutions and future roadmap.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics CRM development, providing technical leadership, support, and training to project teams and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in software development and technical leadership roles, with a focus on Dynamics CRM.
- Strong proficiency in Dynamics CRM development technologies, including but not limited to C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Plugin/Workflow development.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, integration, and administration.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate are advantageous.
