Job description
We are seeking a Sales Manager with F&I experience to join our team!

This is a full-time position, with a five-day work week.
The Salary varies between $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople
- Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
- Orders/acquire new and used-vehicle inventory
- Displays, merchandises, and promotes new and used vehicles
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
- Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent required
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- State Sales License
- Valid Driver's License with a good driver's record
