Drybar is opening in Allen, Texas in spring, 2024 and looking to build our roster of talented professionals. Are you a leader in the hair salon, spa, or beauty industry? Drybar Allen is seeking a hair stylist educator / trainer to join our new location who is passionate about hair and seeks to build upon their expertise through leadership and training. Additionally, we love somone who gives a killer blowout. 

 

As an educator / trainer leader in our new Allen location, you will enjoy these perks:

• Pay ranges from $25-35/hour which includes tips and commissions

Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:

• Has a preferred minimum of 1 year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment 
• Holds a current and valid Texas Cosmetology license
• Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
• Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
• Is an effective communicator with a reputable presentation presence 
• Has a proven track record of stellar customer / client service - customers love you
• Can multi-task with ease and exhibits a strong ability to pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments 
• Is motivated by growth opportunities
