Position Overview:

Ashton Woods is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Administrator. This position will report directly to the Corporate Assistant Controller. This new role offers an opportunity to grow within the Financial Reporting & Analysis department as we grow to support the reporting systems needs of the business. This role will assist with the maintenance, upkeep, development, and rollout of the current SAP Concur system. Additionally, this role will assist with any future enhancements to better streamline our transactional reporting and handling of expense, invoice, approval and payments. This position will also support internal users in their use of SAP Concur.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with assistant controller to manage and maintain interoperability of SAP Concur with other financial, cloud-based solutions (e.g., MS NAVision, VENA, and SalesForce).
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the functionality of SAP Concur and its integrations with other solutions.
• Assist in fielding daily support ticket requests from internal users of SAP Concur.
• Manage new rollouts and enhancements of current SAP Concur reporting.
• Automate and streamline processes for the submission, review, approval and payment of invoice and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, IT, or business-related field.
• Master’s degree in IT or other related area preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial systems analytical role.
• Experience with SAP Concur Invoice and Expense modules.
• Experience with Microsoft office suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft NAVision preferred.
• Experience in Lease Query, Dynamic Builder, VENA, and/or SalesForce preferred.
• Experience with interfacing applications with accounting software preferred.
