As we introduce Condux to the market, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina, to spearhead our growth efforts and refine our offerings based on real-world feedback.
Role Overview: The Lead Product Manager will be at the forefront of Condux's market entry and expansion. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product's direction, from enhancing its core features to identifying new client segments. Your mission will extend beyond traditional product management; you'll be actively involved in client acquisition strategies and gathering detailed feedback from early adopters to inform product iterations.
Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and execute the product roadmap, focusing on rapid market penetration and long-term positioning of Condux as a leader in video research tools.
- Identify and engage potential new clients across various industries, demonstrating the unique value Condux brings to their research efforts.
- Establish a feedback loop with users to gather insights on product usage, user experience, and desired features, translating this feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and product-market fit.
- Monitor competitive market trends to continuously align Condux with or ahead of industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven track record in product management, ideally within the SaaS and/or market research industry.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in startup environments and new product launches.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of UX research processes and challenges, with a passion for innovation in this space.
