Your Opportunity:
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong client relationships, transforming them into enthusiastic advocates for our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring unparalleled support throughout their journey with us. Collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams, you will uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service from plan inception onward. Your insights will drive product enhancements, shaping the future of our client experience. This role demands initiative, ownership, and a passion for customer success. Ideally, you have prior experience in customer success principles and a willingness to master all aspects of 401(k) management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred experience in 401(k) management.
- Series 65 license required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
