Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Debt Finance Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the legal industry, with excellent knowledge of debt finance, secured transactions, and syndicated financing transactions. They must be a competent negotiator and have the ability to provide sound advice and guidance to both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.

As a Debt Finance Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of debt finance transactions, ranging from venture-backed companies to structured finance. You will be expected to negotiate and draft loan and credit documents, analyze and explain legal concepts, and provide legal advice on complex debt finance matters.
To be considered for this role, you must have a JD or Juris Doctorate degree, and 3+ years of experience in debt finance and related legal fields. You must also be knowledgeable in secured transactions, syndicated financing transactions, and structured finance. Additionally, excellent negotiation and written communication skills are a must.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $250,000 to $345,000 per annum, as well as other benefits such as bonuses, commissions, and paid time off. We also provide our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
