We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic RN Supervisor to join our team. As an RN Supervisor at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to a team of nurses
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage and coordinate daily nursing activities
- Assist with hiring, orienting, and training new nurses
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of nursing staff
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among the nursing staff
- Handle and resolve any patient or staff concerns
Requirements - Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
