The US Rheumatology team is an innovative, collaborative team working to lay the foundation for an emerging rheumatology portfolio.  The structure of the team requires the team to think differently to create efficiency while also providing unique opportunities to lead and develop real world evidence, generate publications, and set the model for strategy and content creation. 

Job Description

The Director of Operations reports to the Head of US Medical, Rheumatology.  This position will play an important role in helping the team achieve its goals and sharing the team’s learnings across the organization by coordinating the planning, tracking and reporting of key initiatives.  In addition, this position will lead the development of field materials, the planning and execution of ongoing team development and training, and implementation of internal initiatives to enable medical to continue to be a strategic partner.  Up to 30% travel may be required with approximately three days per month in the corporate headquarters and additional travel for team, company, and scientific meetings.  General roles and responsibilities include:

T he salary range for this position is $171,000.00 to $228,000.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the link,
