Position Overview:

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide exceptional orthodontic care. We're looking for a committed individual with a warm, professional demeanor and a passion for helping patients achieve their best smiles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and treatments
• Conduct digital scans and manage X-rays with precision
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring a sterile and organized environment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and care for orthodontic appliances
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Orthodontic Assistant is essential
• In-depth knowledge of orthodontic procedures and equipment
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
• Certification or relevant training in dental assisting
