NuCara Home Medical, one of Iowa's leading providers of respiratory and home medical equipment, is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist for our Ottumwa, IA location.
Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Previous experience with home medical or respiratory equipment is a plus.
This position is responsible for heading up our non-invasive ventilator program as well as set up and ongoing care for our CPAP/Bi-PAP and home oxygen patients. Other responsibilities include answering phones, verifying insurance, performing equipment set ups in store and client ' s home, communication with healthcare professionals. Valid driver ' s license, drug test and criminal background check required. Some on-call responsibility is required.
