• Strong senior QA manager that has overseen a program in this capacity
• LOYALTY BACKGROUND IS A MUST Loyalty platform they are using is komarch but can be any loyalty platform
• Datawarehouse, digital applications someone that can define the plan, set up align, and oversee the Qe and Qas that are distributed across all the teams
• Someone that understands performance and understands both automation and manual, UAT cycles
