Job Summary:
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas is seeking a talented and passionate Designer to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our clients' bath and kitchen remodels. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits.

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas is a female, family-owned design/build firm that focuses primarily on bath & kitchen renovations (interior). We are locally owned and operated and part of a 45 member and growing franchise network across the US. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas is able to take clients from design through product selection/procurement to the actual remodel completion with our team……a one stop shop. We have a brick-and-mortar Design Center located in the Pinnacle Hills/One Uptown area of Rogers where we meet with clients face to face about their design, product selection and other needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their bath and kitchen remodels
- Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D design mockups using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Source and select materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with the clients' design preferences and budget
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
- Oversee the execution of the design plan, working closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion
- Communicate with clients throughout the design and construction process to address any concerns or questions
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, a related field or demonstrated experience in the field
- 3+ years of experience in residential design, preferably in bath and kitchen remodels
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate clients' schedules
