Prewett Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Professional in our Corporate office (Auburn, AL) to service all regions, including East Alabama, Gulf Coast, West Alabama, and West Georgia. This position requires someone self-motivated, competitive, success-driven, and has a proven sales track record. Our Inside Sales Professionals are integral in growing PPC and its multiple locations from $3M to $25M in revenue by 2030 . This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the Southeast and throughout the United States.

- Base Salary: $30k - 40k (based on experience)

Responsibilities Your Responsibilities
- Reflect our Core Values in all interactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience
Sales
- Heavy focus on outbound customer prospecting using self-generated leads via phone, email, and text
- Follow the company's 5-step sales process to ensure success
- Execute outbound sales and prospecting programs towards potential clients
- Develop leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team for new and existing customers
- Consistently follow up on previous sales leads to maximize the prospecting pipeline
- Proactively cross-sell current customers on both inbound and outbound calls
- Achieve and exceed sales goals set each month
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of PPC's products and services (recurring and one-time services) with an emphasis on treatment plans for termite, pest, and mosquito
Service As Needed
- Manage inbound calls from for new and existing customers and assist with all pricing, service, and onsite scheduling needs
- Respond to and handle customer service and Outside Sales Professional's email requests
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments for Field Service Professionals (Technicians) in all markets for new customers, as well as rescheduling appointments for existing customers
- Some work outside of standard business hours may be required
- Assist with the new customer onboarding process to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements What skills and experience are required?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
- Prospect tracking to include logging quotes, goal management, and pipeline management
- Ability to use various CRM and lead management software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to be coachable and participate in weekly/daily coaching sessions
- Adaptable to a high-energy, fast-paced environment
